Cat 2 $400.00 $55.00 _ _ Small pets (30 lbs or less) are $55/month.  Large pets (31-65 lbs) are $85/month. Deposit is per home, rent is per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per home.
Dog 2 $400.00 $55.00 _ 65 Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid
